LADIES’ DAY (74) 11/18/2002 9:00p
Bosco and Yokas can talk without talking. Which is good, ‘cause Yokas and Emily end up hostages in a bank robbery gone bad. Will Bosco save the day? Will Emily stop being a brat?

{to Yokas}
Fred: Honey, it’s only shopping.

Emily: We don’t believe in ATMs.
Bank Guard: What’s to believe in?

{during roll call}
Cruz: Sorry to interrupt kindergarten, but I need, um, Boscorelli.
Swersky: For the whole tour?
Cruz: I’ll get him back when I can.
Bosco: Duty calls, boys. Think of me fondly with every parking ticket you issue.

Cruz: Why do uniforms act like they’ve never seen a woman? Every time I’m around them I feel like I need a bath. It’s like their eyes are actually leaving drool all over me.

Bosco: I’ll be typing.

{to the typewriter}
Bosco: I’m gonna kick your ass, how about that? Huh?

Yokas: I think the police were waiting for them outside.
Emily: They drove them back inside?
Yokas: I don’t think that was the plan.

Cameron: They just tried to kill us, and now I’m really pissed.

Carlos: Are we safe here?
Cruz: Relatively.
Carlos: Relatively?
Cruz: He got shot here.
Carlos: Oh yeah, right.

Yokas: No one else needs to die today for money.

{Carlos gives Bosco his uniform}
Carlos: Jeez, it’s freezing.
Davis: Well, you’re in your underwear, Carlos.
Bosco: It’s for a good cause.
Carlos: Thank God I wore underwear today.

{Bosco is dressed up as a paramedic}
Bosco: How do I look?
Davis: I wouldn’t let you work on me.

Hancock: You sure you’re okay with this, officer?
Bosco: Boss, I told you, I can talk to her without ever talking.

{Bosco is pretending to be a paramedic}
Bosco: She’s gonna need a plastic mask and an I.V. Probably what, a standard eight?
Doc: Yeah, right. Right.

{voiceover}
Emily: I kind of know some of what my mom’s days are like now, what kind of people she’s around. I wish I didn’t. I know something else too. I know that my mother would actually step in front of a gun for me, because she did. How do you ever tell someone how much that means?
