EXTRA 1/9/04
Extra's coverage of TW's 100th episode. Michael Beach wants Marlon Brando on Third Watch. This is a full transcript.

Dayna Devon: Extra's Doug Bruckner takes you on location for a new Third Watch.
Doug Bruckner: {voiceover} Back in 1999 when the first episode of Third Watch hit America's televisions one critic said the new show had "the potential to be a breakout hit." He was on to something. Fast-forward five years. Extra was on location with Third Watch as the show filmed its 100th episode, a landmark for any TV drama.
Michael Beach: It's been five years together so we are a family.
Bruckner: {voiceover} Michael Beach has been with the show from day one. Despite their A-list roster of guest stars over the years, there's one big name he's still waiting to work with.
Michael Beach: Is Marlon Brando gonna come to TV? Brando, come on, we got something for you here at Third Watch.
Bruckner: {voiceover} Tia Texada is a more recent recruit, but she's happy to be aboard for the 100th.
Tia Texada: So many shows start, even when they're doing really well, they get taken off the air, so it's-- I think it's such an honor.
Bruckner: {voiceover} In this episode, shot incidentally just one block from where the very first show was filmed, a blood-covered young man triggers a face off between some of the Third Watch regulars. Originals Skipp Sudduth and Kim Raver aren't giving anything away.
Skipp Sudduth: You'll have to tune in to see what happens.
Kim Raver: Check out Third Watch on NBC tonight. Dayna, back to you.
